Description:  A midnight introduction into the lead protagonist: Katsuragi Kei, and his lothario like (numerous) affairs; continuing into his militaristic occupation's (A Freedom Space Corps Ensign's) battle against a dictatorial earth party that has taken control of its no longer shared orbital elevator. The FSC tries to regain control of the captured space orbital elevator by destroying its main power source on earth with a dimensional-vibration bomb that has 'unseen effects'.
