Description:  Spirou and Fantasio discover a mysterious statue in the jungle. The statue should protect the entrance of the city Machou-Taychou, the capital of Yacca. Suddenly Aurelius of Champignac, an ancestor of the Count, appears and he invites them to a time travel to the time of the Yacca. He is on the scent of a mysterious time lag. The Yacca expect him as a messenger of the gods and he tries to save the culture from destruction through the Spanish conquistadors. He travels 1000 years back into the past. Spirou and Fantasio survive many adventures, but then they find themselves back at the entrance of the city. Did they just dream? Where are Aurelius and the Yacca?
