Description:  When Bradley appears to be having a breakdown because he is talking about Backstep among other things, he is relieved of duty and Ramsey replaces him. Later they learn that his breakdown was caused by something that could be treated. So they ask to Backstep so they can help him but their superiors refuse to grant it.
