Description:  Wizard Io-Kio comes from Moscow to Azerbaijan to celebrate with the pioneers their pioneer jubilee. The journey to the other time and back goes only once. The bravest pioneer is allowed to try the mantle and the boy Raschid announces himself. He travels to the past and ends up in the palace of a cruel Khan who has just sentenced a grandfather to death because he has passed his palace.
