Description:  Phoebe's license for the pub is due to be renewed and sleazy brewery rep Harrison says he will sanction it if she sleeps with him but Gary catches him out by using a pocket tape recorder and ensures she keep the licence anyway. A Portakabin is erected in Duckett's Passage for building work. It almost blocks Gary's trip to the past but, unlike Ron, he manages to find a way through in time for Phoebe's birthday.
