Description:  Over the Commissioner's objections, the Galactic Counsel has released Queen Tridentia, the ruler who started the last galactic war, from prison. The president of the counsel believes the Queen is no longer a threat, not knowing of her plans to steal the plans for a spaceship that can travel faster than the speed of light, thereby going back in time to alter the course of the last war.
