Description:  Everyone in Vancouver is the victim of a severe cyber-attack. At first it's only the Internet that seems affected but soon, traffic lights are malfunction and ATM's are spewing out money. Julian takes to the airwaves to take credit but Kiera isn't so sure he's responsible. Julian suddenly appears at the police station and turns himself in.
