The story revolves around the passengers of a yachting trip in the Atlantic Ocean who, when struck by mysterious weather conditions, jump to another ship only to experience greater havoc on the open seas. A group of people on a yacht run into a storm and they the forced to board an apparently abandoned cruise ship that one of yacht's crew, Jess, is convinced she's been on before, Soon she and the others are being pursued by by a killer... When Jess sets sail on a yacht with a group of friends, she cannot shake the feeling that there is something wrong. Her suspicions are realized when the yacht hits a storm and the group is forced to board a passing ocean liner to get to safety, a ship Jess is convinced she's been on before. The ship appears deserted, the clock on board has stopped, but they are not alone... Someone is intent on hunting them down, one by one. And Jess unknowingly holds the key to end the terror.

Nevertheless they still go to court where the 20th century Webster helps them win and Chode gets to keep his soul.

A university graduate working in the city morgue is able to repeat the same day over again to prevent murders or other disasters. Tru Davies, a medical grad student in Boston whose grant is suddenly pulled out from under her, takes a job at a local morgue.
